Notes:

• All above rates are inclusive of: daily breakfast, fruit basket in room on arroval, free airport pick up to villa on arrival and 1 X 60 minutes free on Balinese Massage for minimum 3 nights stay

• Surcharge USD 20.00 during High Seasons period 01 July - 31 August 2010 & USD 25.00 during Peak Seasons period 15 December 2010 - 05 January 2011
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

• A deposit of 100% of the total room night (s) confirmed amount is required after receiving our reservation confirmation.
• For bookings made 3 days or less before arrival, full final cash or credit card payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars or Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or PayPal payment transfer. For all payment transfers, guests will be responsible for any charges incurred.
• For credit card payments is subject to 3 % surcharge and Putu Bali Villa & Spa just accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARD.

Cancellation Policy :

For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 50.00 administrative fee.

• For booking that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email)
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit or advance payment but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled or early check – out, the guest will responsible for all rest of the payment (100% room rate will be charged of total room night(s) confirmed)
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking without a deposit or advance payment but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled or early check - out, the guest will responsible for all rest of the payment (100% room rate will be charged of total room night(s) confirmed)

No Show Policy:

• In case of no show, 100% room rate will be charged of total room night(s) confirmed.
